Cancellation Policy
At Kalon, we understand that life happens. We kindly ask that all cancellations be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made same day as appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. - Failure to show up without notice to a scheduled appointment is subject to a fee of 100% the original appointment price.
All new clients to the salon are required to fill out and sign a credit authorization form prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to complete the form, or would prefer to not have a card saved on file - talk to us! We will do our best to accomodate you.
Visitor Policy
We kindly ask that any visitor accompanying you to your appointment stay seated in a chair next to you during your appointment. If a chair is unavailble, we ask they remain in our waiting area.
If, during your appointment, any visitor is unable to remain in our waiting area, we may ask arrangements be made for their departure.
Any visitor that is unable to remain seated, or departure arrangements are unable to be made, we reserve the right to stop the service. If a service is stopped, you may be subject to a product fee.
COVID Policy
Our stations are safely separated by 6ft ensuring compliance with St. Joseph County Health Department's social distancing guidelines.

Disinfectant is located throughout the salon; both for skin and surfaces. Our stations, and all tools used during your service are disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant between every client. We use a combination of clippercide, barbicide, and various hand sanitizers.

St. Joseph County Health Department does not currently mandate masks be worn for those that are vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus. However, if you are most comfortable with our staff wearing a mask we are more than happy to wear one! A text is sent out prior to any appointment requesting your mask preferences.
